These Terms of Use contain terms and conditions regarding the use of website and/or its features (“Services”) between you as a User (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “User”) and website manager, namely Interbio Technologies (“Interbio, “we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to every use of the service. You agree that accessing and/or downloading content from the website, the User agrees that the User has read, understood, acknowledged, accepted, and agreed to all information, terms and conditions for using the website contained in Terms of Use and derivatives.

In the event that the User disagrees with one part, or all of the content contained in the Terms of Use, please stop accessing the website and/or stop using its features. Interbio reserves the right to modify or edit these Terms at any time and at sole discretion. The revised Terms will take effect from the time it is uploaded on Interbio website (www.interbio.id). 1. Legal Notice

This website is provided by Interbio Technologies (PT International Biometrics Indonesia, next referred as we, our, us, or Interbio). By using this website or downloading content from the website, you agree with the terms of use set forth in this notice. If you do not agree with these terms of use, do not use this website or download content from it.

2. Limited License

By reading this and using the website, you agree not to interrupt the operation of the website in any way. Interbio permits you to view and download the content at this website only for your personal and non-commercial use. This permission subjects to the following restrictions:

  1. You must retain all copyright contained in the content
  2. You cannot modify and reproduce the content, as well as publicly display the downloaded content without Interbio’s consent
  3. You should not transfer the content to other party unless you notify them. If they agree to accept the content, these terms of use apply.

3. Use of The Website

  1. The User represents and warrants that the User must be of the legal age to act for and on behalf of yourself. The User is at least 18 (eighteen) years old or married and not under guardianship. By giving consent, the User agrees to be responsible for (i) all actions of the User related to the access and use of the Services; (ii) any fees associated with the User’s use of any Service; and (iii) the User’s compliance with these Terms of Use. The User further states and guarantees that the User has the right, authority, capacity to use the Service and will always comply with the Terms of Use. If the User is acting on behalf of a business entity, the User also states that the User is authorized to act for and on behalf of the legal entity and to enter into and bind the entity/legal entity with the Terms of Use of the website.
  2. Every feature or facility on the website can be updated or changed according to the needs and developments of the website from time to time.
  3. Users can provide information about Personal Information. The confidentiality of Personal Information is guaranteed and will be used by Interbio for the purposes of interaction carried out on the website that the User has agreed to in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the Privacy Policy.
  4. Interbio obtains User’s Personal Information and conducts processing of User’s Personal Information in accordance with principles of personal data protection prevailing law of Republic of Indonesia. Interbio can limit use of the Services from Users if there is a violation of these Terms of Services or applicable laws and regulations.
  5. The User acknowledges and agrees that Interbio obtains its Personal Information including but not limited to the following manner:
    a. Information you give to us through Contact us form;
    b. Information you give to us through info@interbio.id;
    c. Personal Information about you from our partners/third parties.
  6. The User uses the website only for the purpose of obtaining Services and will not abuse or use the website for activities that are against the law, including but not limited to money laundering, theft, embezzlement, terrorism or fraud. The User also agrees that the User will not place false Personal Information and fake orders through the website and will not act against the law through the website.
  7. By providing information to Interbio, the User declares that the User agrees the information provided by the User will be used by Interbio for business purposes.
  8. The Users acknowledge and agree that any information in any form, including but not limited to video, audio, images, or text contained in the website has its own intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks and copyrights). Users are not allowed to use, modify, facilitate, disseminate and/or destroy intellectual property rights without permission from the owner of intellectual property rights as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Interbio is obliged to respond the request within 3×24 (three times twenty-four) hours in the event of a User’s request to inform the disclosure of User’s Personal Information to third party in connection with the implementation of Service (if there is a request from User).
  10. The User has the right to request Interbio to end the processing, delete and/or destroy User’s Personal Information on website and Interbio is obliged to fulfill the User’s request no later than 7 (seven) working days.
  11. When accessing and using the website including its features and services, Users are not allowed to:
    a. Distribute viruses, spam, or other similar technologies that can damage and/or harm the website;
    b. Collect and/or use Personal Information from other users on the website, including but not limited to email addresses, without the consent of the users;
    c. Use the website for things that are prohibited by applicable law and regulations.

4. Acknowledgement and Consent

By accepting and providing consent to Terms of Use for Interbio website, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to accept the terms required for the collection, processing, and storing of Personal Information, including but not limited to the following Interbio’s Products and Solutions:

    Liveness detection enhances security by analyzing a user’s face to detect spoofing attempts and confirm authenticity.

    BIG is an integrated identity management platform, which is one large platform made up of multiple interconnected services.
  5. BioWatch;
    BioWatch is a facial recognition-based video surveillance product that works with standard off-the-shelf IP cameras and can be integrated with VMS for security, retail, or labor management applications.
  6. Dynamic e-Survey
    Dynamic e-Survey is an end-to-end platform for creating and conducting surveys dynamically. It offers a new way to run surveys quickly, easily, and securely.
  7. E-Certificate
    e-Certificate is more than just a certificate engine—it’s a platform powered by BioCode, AI, and blockchain technology. You can easily create and customize your certificates with secure digital identity verification.
  8. OCR
    OCR (Optical Character Recognition) accurately recognizes, extracts, and auto-fills data from various types of identification documents. Simply scan the document, the text will be automatically converted into editable, searchable digital content.

Please kindly note that the terms and conditions for the above products and solutions may vary and may be adjusted to the User’s needs. If the User uses one or more of our products and solutions, the User agrees to enter into an agreement with Interbio that is separate from these Terms of Use. The provision of the agreement may differ from these Terms of Use, depending on the conditions of each product and solution. In the event of any inconsistency between the provision of the agreement and the Terms of Use, the agreement shall prevail.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how Interbio collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information in relation to Interbio website.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Unless otherwise stated, Interbio reserves all rights, title and interest in and to all technology and data relating to the website and Services, the design, format and processing of the Services, databases, programmes, protocols, displays and manuals relating to the Services and network. The Interbio name and logo are the property of Interbio and are protected as intellectual property of Interbio. For this reason, Users are prohibited from violating intellectual property rights contained on the website, including modifying, derivative works, adapting, duplicating, copying, reproducing, hacking, and/or exploiting the platform, including using the website to access, which is not authorized, launches automatic programs or scripts, or any programs that can hinder the operation and/or performance of the website, or in any way reproduce or avoid the navigation structure or representation of the website or its content.
  2. The User acknowledges that Interbio owns all title, rights, and interest, including intellectual property rights as mentioned above. The User will not conduct any act which is directly or indirectly likely to limit our title, rights, or interest.
  3. Interbio can take action against any violations that the Users commit related to intellectual property rights related to the website.
  4. As long as it is still running with applicable laws and regulations, the Users are not allowed to:
    a. Modify or create derivative works based on the website and/or its Services;
    b. “Mirror” the Service on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device;
    c. Except to the extent that such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law and regulations, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt or otherwise attempt to derive source code or software from the Services or any software or Services available on or through the website;
    d. Use manual or automated programs or scripts, including but not limited to web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program that can make multiple server requests per second, (a) overload or hinder the operation and/or performance excessively; and (b) to perform data mining or scrapping activities;
    e. Post, distribute, or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights;
    f. Remove copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary rights contained in the website or its Services.

7. Maintenance and Repair

Interbio always strives to make this website function and run smoothly. The Users understand Interbio website’s may not be available at any time due to various reasons, including but not limited to maintenance needs, repairs or technical problems, and these situations are beyond Interbio’s control.

8. Violation of Terms of Use

Interbio and the Users are expected in good faith and their best efforts to comply with and implement any and all of the Terms of Use from time to time. Interbio can claim compensation in the event that violation of these Terms of Use can cause losses suffered by Interbio. Dispute resolution regarding claims for damages is subjected to the dispute resolution method in the Terms of Use. Interbio and the User must make their best efforts in order to avoid further losses due to violations of these Terms of Use.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and keep Interbio indemnified and hold Interbio harmless from and against any and all claims and indemnified losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs), to the extent made against or suffered or incurred by Interbio howsoever arising directly or indirectly from your breach of any of the Terms.

10. No Warranties

This Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the Service is at the User’s own risk. Subject to applicable law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Interbio, its subsidiaries and licensors do not guarantee that the Service, including that the Service will meet the needs of the User; that the Service will be available at a specified time or location, uninterrupted or guaranteed; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Services are free of computer viruses or other harmful components.

11. Force Majeure

  1. Force majeure is a situation that arises beyond the control of Interbio and the User which causes obstruction of the implementation of these Terms of Use and these circumstances cannot be prevented or resolved, consisting of but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, wars, riots, strikes, closures, epidemics, pandemics, changes in government policies that prevent or limit one of the Parties from carrying out its obligations in these Terms of Use.
  2. Parties affected by Force Majeure that have a direct impact on the implementation of their rights and obligationsbased on the Terms of Use cannot be held responsible for losses incurred due to Force Majeure.

12. Severability

If any provisions of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms. While the remaining provisions will continue to be unforceable and valid. Interbio has the right to replace and/or modify the unforceable provisions with new provisions given it is allowed and applicable by laws and regulations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The terms and conditions of these Terms of Use governed by the laws of Indonesia. In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms, you must first contact Interbio regarding your concern and use your best endeavours to amicably settle your concerns in good faith. Interbio will also use Interbio’s best endeavours to amicably settle your concerns in good faith. However, if no amicable solutions are reached within 30 (thirty) days, you agree the dispute shall be settled at South Jakarta District Court in Jakarta and use Indonesian prevailing regulations.

14. Miscellaneous

  1. Terms of Use, together with any changes and additional Terms in connection with Services, constitutes the entire Terms of Use between Interbio and the User;
  2. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms of Use, which will remain in full force and effect.
  3. These terms and conditions are made electronically approved by Interbio and the Users in a conscious state and without any coercion from any party. After the act of clicking electronically to agree to these Terms of Use, Interbio and the User agree to be deemed that the User have read, understood and agreed to each and every article in these Terms of Use and will comply and carry out each article in the Terms of Use with full responsibility.
  4. Interbio reserves the right to correct any errors on the webiste. Interbio may make changes to the website and the content on the website without prior notice. If you continue to use the website after any changes of the website, you will be deemed accepting those changes.
